The configuration of a new Virtual Organization requires the following steps:
- to configure the gHNs hosting the Enabling Services
- to configure the Enabling Services
- to create a new group in VOMS from the VOMS-Admin interface
- to configure a Monitoring instance by providing the Service Map for the VO scope
