Role Description

The Documentation Editor is responsible for the management of software documentation in its various forms (e.g. javadoc, administrator's guide, user's guide, etc...). The main tasks are:

  • define number, purpose and outline of various documentation materials
  • keep track of contributions provided, in terms of completeness and quality
  • identify missing parts
  • export the documentation in different distributable formats
  • verify that documentation is delivered on time and is up-to-date with the system
